E100 - Q. Can I pair my keypad via Bluetooth with my Amazon Echo Dot?
Answer:
Unfortunately the Amazon Echo Dot is not
compatible with secure pairing. The E100 was designed before the Amazon Echo
Dot, for use with mobile telephones or tablets which are compatible with secure
pairing. We use a secure pairing method, which means that you have to accept
the pair on the keypad; this is to stop your neighbours or unauthorised people being
able to pair with your E100. There is a 3.5mm aux input on the rear of the E100,
which can be used in conjunction with the Amazon Echo Dot’s 3.5mm jack output,
by using a 3.5mm jack cable.
