S7 - Q. Can I use a subwoofer within a Systemline S7 zone for added bass?
Answer:
Yes, it is possible to connect an active subwoofer to the zone, but this does rely on cables having been run between the equipment positions. Using the pre-output feed from the NetAmp, an RCA cable can be connected between this output and the input of the subwoofer, please note that this is a full frequency signal and therefore the subwoofer will need to be equipped with an internal crossover.
