S7 - Q. The log in details for my Systemline S7 NetAmp webservice were changed, can I restore them back to the default?

Answer:

To reset the log in details for NetAmps back to the default, you will need to perform a factory reset (using the recessed button on the NetAmp) however, please note that this will clear and revert all settings back to default including zone names, IP address settings and accessory setup.
